Hi. Begin Here.

I’m Brandi. Mother, disciple of Christ and the founder of The Anchored Collective.

The Anchored Collective is a faith-based advisory practice for women who want to live whole lives and lead well, in a way that pleases God and doesn’t require them to divide themselves to function.

I built it because I lived on both sides. For years I wanted to be a successful leader and a good Christian. What I didn’t realize until much later was that at some point I succeeded at one and betrayed the other. Not intentionally, gradually. The way it happens when you’re busy and ambitious and genuinely trying.

It took a professional season I didn’t choose to stop me long enough to see it. What I found in that forced stillness was not immediate clarity but something more valuable. I got back to basics. Back to what actually matters. Without the Lord I am nothing, and there will always be other jobs, other titles, other things to achieve. That realization changed how I wanted to go about building my life and my work.

The Anchored Collective grew out of that season. Not from a place of having it figured out, but from following the Lord one step at a time and building what I couldn’t find anywhere else: a space that honors both the soul and the strategy, the sacred and the practical, without treating them like competing priorities.

Two publications live here:

Anchored Words is a weekly devotional space rooted in Scripture and written for those who want to go deeper in their relationship with God. Not perform it better, actually go deeper. It arrives every Monday.

Anchored in Practice is a monthly essay publication on leadership and organizational life, written from a grounded, psychological lens for those navigating real professional complexity.

Same conviction underneath both, just different registers.

If you want to explore everything The Anchored Collective offers beyond the publications, including advisory work, workshops, and community, you can find it all at theanchoredcollective.fyi.

You’re welcome here. All of you.
